Have been a member for over a year now and love this gym.nThe studio is really modern and has amazing facilities. The class schedules have so much variety in exercises and different times to suit anyone’s lifestyle.nWhat I find most impressive of all is that although this gym has many members, staff know me by name! I don’t even know how that happened, they are just the warmest bunch of people.nThe owner Janie is so approachable and friendly. Really could not recommend this gym more highly.
Came here to do prenatal reformer Pilates and loved it. It felt great during the sessions but safe. The staff are also super helpful with any enquiry I had.

This is a fantastic studio! There is always a smiling face when you walk through the door. The facilities are always clean and tidy and the equipment is top class. The instructors are great and always willing to help out those who are new or provide ways to adjust the workout to suit injury recovery.nThere is ample changing room and locker facilities if you are coming from or going to work.nI've never had a better workout than what you get in the mat/strength classes.
CorePlus Mitcham is a fantastic studio. The classes are great and not one class is ever the same. The instructors are always engaging and help you out to correct form if needed. The studio is extremely clean and very welcoming. Janie always goes above and beyond for members.
