Love the classes and great instructors! Been coming everyday so far and so many different class options to choose from between mat pilates & reformer. Highly recommend to everyone!

First time participating in warm slow flow yoga, and thoroughly enjoyed it.  The instructor's professionalism and friendliness added to the experience. Definitely a good place to wind down during the weekend. Feeling extra mindful and relaxed after!

I did a 1mth trial here of unlimited mat and reformer and i LOVED IT. I came nearly twice a day for each class. The hot pilates is very comforting workouts, low-intensity but the burn and the sweat makes it feel otherwise. Classes are professional and well planned, great times as well, although would love to see an earlier class esp if you start work at 8am the 6am is a tight squeeze, if there was demand for it?nHighely recommend a trial if your not sure or new to this experince.nnAfter my 1mth trial I am a regular member here
