Absolutely loved Lexie’s class Her energy is infectious, the cueing is super clear and the playlist was awesome! Walked out feeling strong, sweaty and in the best mood knowing I’d done a killer workout. Highly recommend!

I feel like a new and better me, inside and out. Since COVID I’d gained a lot of weight, felt stressed, and barely exercised. Now I’m almost back to my pre-COVID weight, and I’m healthier mentally and physically.nThe warm, dynamic environment and passionate instructors make all the difference. When I feel stressed, I don’t reach for food anymore, instead, I go to book the class and sweat it out. Lying on the mat is the most relaxing moment of my day. I absolutely love Core Plus Balwyn! The studio has such a warm, welcoming vibe and the instructors are amazing – supportive, motivating and always making classes fun while still challenging. I am so glad I invested into a membership as since joining, I feel stronger, calmer and more energised. It’s honestly the highlight of my week and I couldn’t recommend it more!
