Been a member at Core24 for over a year now and enjoy work outs that fit in with busy mum life. Had such an amazing Yoga class with Alison today who brought back the calmness to the Christmas period and her easy going flow teaching techniques were wonderful! All trainers bring their own unique style and so many sites and classes gives great options
Best gym I have attended, great facilities with latest health benefits. Salt minera pool, salt therapy room, massage chairs are my favourite. The yoga, aqua & pilates classes are great for rehabilitation & trainers are professional & supportive. As a Core member you have access to 5 other gyms providing a wider range of class timetables. I would highly recommend this gym to others in the SE of Victoria.
I’ve been attending this gym for a while now, and it truly offers so much! Recently, I started Reformer Pilates with Rachael G, and I have to say she’s absolutely amazing at her job. She’s not only incredibly skilled but also very caring and dedicated. You can really see how much passion she puts into her work, and it makes me so happy to be part of her classes. Rachael truly deserves recognition for her dedication and commitment. If you haven’t tried her classes yet, I highly recommend them!
Friendly supportive staff and an awesome gym at Core24 Frankston. I love attending the salt room and having a swim in the pool.
It was lovely to be back and everyone was friendly and welcoming me back. I will continue with my regular classes and would like to see some more boxing classes in Frankston on the weekends as I work full time. Well done all staff are awesome
