Cathy has been providing a very professional service and always has been able to prescribe the best treatment for my sports injuries. She kept me going and managed to fix me up through her treatment and advice with a programme for self help too which certainly speeds up the healing. She’s the best!
Fantastic service. I had several sessions with Aimee post hip revision surgery and she has helped me get a full range of movement back in my hip with small gains achieved each week. I can now walk up and down stairs independently, have normal straight leg raise, walking at normal speed and can squat and do lunges. This individual training was just what I needed post surgery. Thank you
Cannot say enough good things about Core Physio! They are bloody brilliant, fixed my trapped nerve! Amazing job! They fitted me in as an emergency appointment just before Christmas and relieved the pain in one visit. Three visits later and the issue is 100% resolved!

First class treatment and service. Amy had planned a great fitness routine in advance and even obtained very useful & very inexpensive! stretch equipment for me to take away. Really helpful notes and videos as well much better than relying on memory!. Cathy as always did a great job loosening up tight ligaments and fixing a persistent injury. Brilliant! I've previously used Core Physio for massage treatment.. I returned to their new fantastic premises in Shirley Drive earlier this evening for shoulder and neck strain and over use due to building work . I had massage treatment from Beatrice, she was extremely thorough and can feel the benefits already. I shall definitely return and encourage anyone to take a visit ..Worth every penny. Thank you Core .!
Cathy is a miracle worker. I had been hobbling with a bad knee for months. Steroid injections worked for a while then I was back to hobbling again. I was referred to Core Physio by my specialist and I haven’t looked back since. I last saw Cathy at core physio just before Christmas 2019 - its now August and I have been able to walk my dog for miles over the downs totally pain free. I can’t thank you enough Cathy. I would highly recommend !!!
I went to see Cathy for lower back pain. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me lots of advice and exercises to help me solve the problem. After two sessions the pain had subsided and I thoroughly recommend Core Fitness. Thanks Cathy.
Pre and post marathon, Cathy was great. She then saw my daughter for a post fracture return to gymnastics. Superb.
