The Pinnacle Tower is pure luxury. Our room was spacious with stunning city views, and the Club Lounge access made the experience even more indulgent. From the elegant design to the warm hospitality, everything felt five-star. Highly recommend for a stylish, relaxing escape in Auckland.
My husband and I stayed this weekend. We had a wonderful stay!nLoved the sauna, spa and pool.nOur room was great, the bed was extremely comfortable.nWe had dinner at Our Land bar, which was delicious.nBreakfast at 8 was amazing!nOverall an amazing stay
The hotel was very nice, modern and clean. Breakfast was impressive. A lots of food. I never got a chance to try the buffet dinner at 8 restaurant, but I heard it is delicious. Room service was great. Heated pool and saunas were great. The hotel has the shuttle to go to the town for free. Also they have ice dreams and sherbet for breakfast. Love it.
Love it here! Had a brilliant girls weekend away and was able to relax in the ease of their amenities.nnThe spa was so relaxing and nicely decorated. Loved all my treatments and oils.nnRoom service was easy to order through the QR code and speedy.nnTheir breakfast buffet was also top notch and I cannot wait to bring my kids down for a treat.nnMy only feedback would be it would be nice to have queen beds instead of twins and the valet parking is a bit of a mission when dropping off and picking up at peak times. Their team was certainly busy!
Wonderful stay at the Cordis. Staying in the pinnacle tower. Lovely room. Quiet and great views. The bathroom amazing with bath and a corner shower. Bed so comfortable. Lovely having the refreshments when you arrived in the room as well.nVery clean and tidy everywhere in the hotel. We ate at Eight , Our Land and the Chandelier Lounge. All wonderful and friendly team.nOur check in and check out was smooth and made us feel very welcome.nHousekeeping staff very nice and polite.nWe were really impressed and will definitely be back again.
