Fantastic Service when buying our little Day Old chicks, the guys set us up with everything we needed & now they have grown up, we have eggs every day from our girls! We buy all our animals food from here & always get the best price around. Keep up the good work guys! Lin & Glen

3 'sexed' hens... Mmm not quite... I remember asking Noosaville produce if they were definitely all hens as one had a rather large crown, to which I was told they definitely were.. Unfortunately I have just spent 2 weeks being chased out of our back yard by a protective rooster! I rang David last week hoping that he would say that we could drop the rooster back to the store and get a refund, no such luck! It was basically just seen as our bad luck! Although he did say he would put an ad up on the store message board. I have sent David an email about how I would have loved a little more help from his end but with no response. David I'm sorry, as a local business owner myself I don't like writing critical reviews. However I hope that through this you will learn to take ownership when someone contacts you for help regarding one of your products. I have tried 3 times to get some kind of help/compensation, the gentleman at your Noosaville store is lovely, but has said that 'you' as an owner must give him the authority to refund when something like this happens?!? We would have been happy with $9 (the cost of the rooster) or the offer to come back and get another hen once we found a home for the rooster. Instead I find myself driving out to Yandina to drop the rooster off to a farm that re-homes them for $20. $29 poorer and one 'hen' down... Understandably I now feel compelled to write this...
