Highly qualified and experienced bulk billing doctors now open in Coopers Plains.Full time female doctor with special interest in paediatrics and women's health available from Monday to Friday and a part time male doctor with special interest in ENT (FRCS,Edinburgh) available 3 times a week including Saturdays.Please call our friendly staff for appointments on 3277 6686.Walk-Ins are welcome.

I found this clinic 3 years ago and was very fortunate to choose this. It was an amazing experience with all the doctors at this clinic. My health concerns are always well handled, very satisfying experience throughout. I recently moved to other state and I am missing their service and care. I really appreciate the customer service skills of George. He is always ready to extend his help to all the patients at the clinic. Thank you, George, for your assistance:-
I cannot be happier with the health care my mother receives at this practice. Her doctors are very patient-centred, and take the time and effort to engage with public hospital specialists to ensure her complex heath issues are being followed up and managed appropriately. Together with the well run reception and exceptional and always helpful George, this practice provides standout care.
Lovely people, very caring and they always go the extra mile to help with prompt referrals and appointments. Dr Reeba George is very thorough as a Doctor and follows up on test results promptly. George on reception is always very friendly and accommodating when organising appointments and getting referrals sent out promptly. A small practice with a very personal touch.
First visit as couldn't get in with my other doctor. Reception was really nice. I needed help with ongoing breathing issues, doctor basically told me he couldn't do anything for me sounded more like he didn't want to do anything at all. Recommended I go to Emergency. I asked what they would do if I went to the emergency? He literally told me that they wouldn't help me, that I'd be sitting there for hours as they wouldn't class it as a big issue and that I'd be sent home. He then proceeded to type what I told him, printed the info, handed it back to me an that was that. Felt pretty helpless at this stage. Was not impressed with the advice/ service. I don't believe a doctor would be so negligent.
I have symptoms of colon cancer, so today I called Coopers Plains Family Medical Centre and asked doctors if they could refer me to hospital for checkup and they refused. After asking me about my situation they said they DON'T ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS ANYMORE! I have just found out that some others of their patients being shouted and refused treatments by them. It clearly shows that this doctor has no empathy or consideration for his patients - a doctor with NO good heart! NEW PATIENTS, please STAY AWAY from THIS Medical Centre! Reply to this Response from the owner “Thank you for your feedback MH. Doctors are well within their rights to refuse unreasonable requests which cannot be substantiated clinically. Sorry if this was disappointing and we note your regular GP elsewhere refused the same too” My other doctor did not refuse me. He is 100% willing to help me but he is too far from my home. The reason I called this local GP as I live just a few minutes away from their clinic and that I searched google and found this GP has 5 star reviews. I thought they were good doctors who care about patients with their heart that's why I contacted them. They are not! I am also a business owner so I understand how important the feedbacks/reviews to business is and I have never given anyone else 1 star feedback. But now I think 1 star is still too generous to them. From what they have replied me above, now I feel lucky for not being their patients. Thanks God!
I have been visiting this practice since it opened I have always had great experiences and would highly recommend them.George at reception is always helpful with my concerns. I see Dr. Lizzy and she always listens to my health concerns She never pushes me out the door and spends time with me. I am very happy with this practice.
Have had a few medical concerns where I was in urgent need of operation or in need of ambulance help with high blood pressure an doctor Reeba an Doctor Lizzy an George were there to assist they assisted me made me comfortable call my family an a ambulance an look after me 100 percent with no hesitation going above an beyond their duties to assist me on becoming better with my health. Coopers Plains Family Medical Centre offers very professional service. On my visit, I was immediately entertained and my concern was promptly addressed by the staff headed by Dr. Reeba George. I would surely be coming back.
I could not recommend Dr Reba, Coopers Plains Medical Centre more highly. This is a bulk billed medical practice, so no out of pocket costs to see a dr. The clinic has great availability with appts often available on the day of booking. Dr Reba is warm & knowledgeable & the clinic is really flexible and able to offer tele-health appts if you don’t need to come in. I’m really grateful to have a bulkbilling practice in my local area. Thanks to the centre for providing a valuable community service.
Dr Lizy has been my GP for several years and I have found friendly and professional at all times. All medical are discussed so I know what the situation is everytime. An excellent practice overall.
