Absolutely amazing... fish of the day was blue cod and was cooked perfectly.. thoroughly enjoyed and recommend this place if yr ever passing through or staying over in Kaikoura..
Very busy shop, you can eat there or take away. We had blue cod crumbed with chips, best fish I have ever had at a fish and chip shop. The fish was so fresh and flaked away from the big meaty pieces, delicious. The crumbs were crunchy with very little grease on both the fish and chips. Highly recommend.
Really good options, loved that you can get vinegar and buttered bread. The blue cod was fantastic and the chips were really good too. The only downside was the tartare wasn't that great. Would definitely go again though!
Best fish & chips I’ve had for a very long time in the South Island. The crumbed blue cod was fresh, delicious & melted in your mouth. The chips chunky but crisp just the way I like them. Great outdoor set up to eat there or take away and have by the sea. For great fish n chips in Kaikoura, I’d look no further
A very busy fish and chip shop lovely fish and chips and you get good value for money well priced. The only problem is finding car parking close to it.the service received was very good. Would go there again.
Good fish & chips but no toilets and you have to pay extra for ketchup
