Used to be a good station... but still lacks decent bus connections and there's an increase in antisocial behaviour which staff think they have nothing to do with... including brawls

First time using the station. Flying international heading to the Airport. Blonde staff working at 2pm came out and helped with ticket machine, held the elevator for me and assisted in getting on a cart that had a toilet. Top notch service 5/5

Train station is directly opposite Westfield Coomera with a direct path and pedestrian crossing. Train station has bus connections, a taxi ramp, a small Cafe and lifts for those unable to use the stairs to the platform. There is lots of carparking on both the Eastern and Western sides of the platform. Be aware if you park at Westfield you will pay for parking over 2 hours, 4 hours if you have the Westfield ap.

I very rarely use trains so I am very unfamiliar with Coomera Train Station but travelled by train today and as I was leaving the station I looked inside the shop there and the hand sanitiser caught my eye. I didn’t think anything of it as shops these days offer it with no dramas and quickly darted in for a tiny pump of it. I was met with “there’s a lot of sprays out there, all around” by a very unhappy looking lady sitting down behind the counter. I replied “oh really?” as I genuinely didn’t see them and she again said, “yeah there’s heaps”. She was so unfriendly and obviously wanted me to feel like I’d committed a crime. Just wanting to let the old love know it’ll be okay, there’s copious amounts of hand sanitiser out there these days, even discounted! I hope her day gets better :

The station itself is well designed and very easy to navigate, however, the car park is not. If you want to park in the car park behind the station, you will need to drive further down Railway road and turn right, then drive under the bridge. Although you'll be lucky to get a car park after 7am week days. The drop off/pick up area is a nightmare in peak periods, it gets so congested that cars are left hanging in the middle of the intersection with no room left to turn into the car park. Desperately needs more parking spaces to keep up with the population growth.

The staff are good,but despite the excellent location-just across the road from Westfield arcade I'm disgusted with seeing so many cans bottles & waste items on the tracks!! They need to clean up more often & put more ins on the platforms too

Good accessibility from the motorway and directly opposite the Coomera Westfield Mall. You don't have to catch an Uber from the train station to the Mall, it's a walk across the road. There is plenty of parking and access is good. The area is well lit and safe for tris any time of day or night. I found the on-duty staff to be friendly and helpful. I have travelled with the compact commuter bicycle and this was easy and hassle free to get in and out efficiently.

While there is nothing wrong with the station itself, the whole thing is badly designed, so much so that you'd be lucky to find a parking space for your car.  Typical of council wasting money, badly design and outdated infrastructure as is the M1 connection road and with the new Westfield Shopping Centre it is even worse. Double the parking spaces because the area has grown exponentially.

This Train station has a good design, however is it not safe. It is one of the most largest stations for fare evading. I recommend Go Card gates to prevent that. This station is also very common for thieves, there is not enough Parking spaces either. I recommend Ormeau Station for Pimpama residents.

AirTrain were right on schedule. Beautifully designed train station. Good safety measures. On site station staff ever ready to assist you. You might have your body well covered and protected from mosquitoe bites especially when it rains. I was terribly bitten the last time I was here with the rains pour like crazy.
