Ordered two burger combos for over $30, so expectations for good food was very high what we got in return was very disappointing instead. Top buns of both burgers were left on grill for far too long that they turned into toast instead, after two bites into the burger the top bun/toast completely broke a part, the only highlight of this experience was the gravy we ordered on top of the bland chips that helped us swallow the dry concoction. Do not recommend as a cheap alternative for dining experience, as prices for mundane menu food are well over priced and could not cater to expections.

Went in on a Saturday night and there was a couple orders and only one staff member working. As owners, shouldn’t you want you’re number one priority to be customer service? Why have only one staff member on a weekend night, that is an absolute joke. Food was cold and gross by the time we got home not even a 5 minute drive bacon wasn’t cooked properly. Cheese wasn’t melted. Chips were extremely soggy and cold. I see you don’t respond to a lot of your feedback and customers. This is very poor form by management in the hospitality industry. Has potential to be great but ruined by poor staffing and management decisions.

AMAZING! Fried chicken better then KFC, chicken nuggets delicious, my husband loves the burgers. Really nice fresh food every time! Drinks are a little pricey - we usually grab slurpees from 7/11 next store. Always really clean establishment.

Pretty good food but the smoothie was terrible - tasted very watered down. Waited 20 mins for a burger that they forgot to cook. After realising this it came out in 5 mins. They did apologise but sent the poor waiter to apologise when she had nothing to do with the incident. Seems like a decent place but unfortunately I didn't have a good experience.

So not worth the money I paid. First food the staff forgot to cook my food then cooked a burger on a sandwich press. The burger once cooked was nothing like what the menu said my 8 year old brother could make a better burger than your staff NO Flavor what so ever in you food chips old food reheated roll on burger was hard and could have been used to play frizbie.now onion ring I would not feed them to my dog. Biggest waste of money would not recvoked you not will I ever come back to your establishment to eat any of your food. Also your cook should really wear a hair net or a hat with long hair I found hair in my food. NEVER COMING BACK

I would give NO STARS if I could  While visiting this place I was a witness to a mum and four children getting abused by the manager. I overheard the mum explaining that her meal wasn’t what she had ordered; next minute this horrible lady either the owner or manager came storming out and refusing to help this mum sort the issue out. She was rude and abrupt in front of the 4 children. She kept saying “your on camera”. Well horrible boss lady- you were on camera too so everyone can see how you were puffing your chest trying to intermidate this poor mum. Well you should be ashamed of yourself! We will never return and I’ll make sure everyone I know stays clear from this place. As we were leaving I sat in my car and the rude manager/owner went outside and took a photo of this poor mums car! If she was on camera why would you take a private photo? That’s illegal!  Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the manager/owner! I’m still in disbelief- you should be ashamed of yourself. If I was that mum I would have thrown the burger at your face!!!!

The service was appalling... The burgers were terrible for the price. They only contained an over cooked meat pattie and a spray of sauce even though they were advertised as a hamburger. The manager/owner couldnt look anyone in the eyes and lied to the ladies face when she complained then banned her..... well i didnt dare whine. I couldnt believe how poorly she was treated. Surely you would just help her out and actually not serve that in the first place!

At my sister's suggestion, we had an order of 2 cheeseburgers and 5 dagwood dogs delivered to us at 7pm Sat night, after having consumed a beer/vodka or 10 and having watched Man vs Food.  Upon the food's arrival, my mouth--and specifically, my tastebuds--were extraordinarily surprised at the juiciness of the patties and crispy batter on the dogs. Furthermore, the food was actually delicious, and not just because I was drunk.  We ALL my sister and brother-in-law agreed that this was phenomenal food, particularly after having been delivered to us so having to survive in transit for 20+ minutes, that more than satiated our needs for quality roadhouse-style food.  If you're ever at home wishing for the kind of satisfaction you can only find from delivered or fresh on site, I'm assuming juicy, not-greasy-but-greasy-type-food on the Gold Coast, this is the place to order it from.  Live the dream people.

Had a bad experience unfortunately will not go back husband and I ordered and there was no one else in the shop at the time, we ordered a dinner box and a mini chicken fillet burger meal with cheeseandr  was charged for a full size burger meal which I thought oh well. After about 40 minutes our order was called out I went to get it and was told it was some one else's so I sat back down, then we were brought a half chicken and chips  which was more than half cheaper than what we ordered we said that's not ours the lady says oh I gave yours to the other people, and  after I had said it was ours. We were told to keep the half chicken and chips and they would do our order again after another 20 minutes our order comes out minus my chips and the cheese on my burger by this stage I was over it so just left. Suggestion hire some staff instead of thinking you can run a business with no help.

If i could give no stars i would. Delivery was 3hrs. Was promised a phone call from the manager and a refund - neither of which we got. The chicken  is disgusting and the burgers are gross. Don't bother - worst place ever!!!
