I went in for a quote to finish a root canal off. My previous dentist had gotten access previously and the nerve had been removed.  But they told me that the entire procedure would need doing, and quoted me "around $1,500 for the root canal and $1,500 for a crown". I asked them if they could check what the rebate would be for this and they told me to go home and call my health fund- at my previous dentist the receptionist would run the quote through the machine and give me the rebate amount right there. They also did not give me a written quote, which is upsetting since I paid for the quote consultation and I find it lazy to just be told verbally since I paid for a quote, and my previous dentist wouldn't even bother charging me for a quote. 
Eventually I visited another dentist for a second quote, I've now realised this dentist was trying to greatly overcharge me and were playing on my lack of knowledge.

All staff members in Coomera dental care is professional and welcoming. I was very nervous about the dental treatment but staff here made me comfortable and also informed me very well with the procedure. Thank to Dr Park and staff for the great service.

My son and I have been going to Coomera Dental Care for the past 3 years and have always had a positive experience as the staff are all very friendly and provide a great service. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

I visited Coomera Dental Care and saw Dr Chen when I had a really bad toothache recently. I am normally terrified of the dentist, but she was so gentle and patient with me. All the staff were also really friendly and accommodating from the moment I walked in. Would highly recommend.
