Very homely atmosphere, Coolibah very friendly helpful staff members. Our mum Rosalie Rosenthal first time innrespite,must say mum had wonderful time stay for 12 day's. I being mum full-time carer ,felt very relax,knowing she getting best care as she deserves.
Excellent care from an outstanding team of professionals, my mum was in good hands given her difficult circumstances. This being her second placement having been at another facility prior. Placing a loved one in care can be challenging, Management and Nurses were both helpful & supportive. The fact that many of them are mature and well experienced speaks volumes for the level of care they are able to provide.

My mum moved to her own self contained unit here, after dad needed hostel care and accommodation, which is a separate area, but all under the one roof. She has her own kitchenette where she prepares her own breakfast but attends a small dining area a short corridor walk away, with other unit dwellers in her area, for a 2 course cooked lunch and tea, with a good choice selection. Although basically independent, the care staff are 2nd to none, regularly assessing client and family satisfaction, with the ability to provide assistance as they become necessary on an individual basis, to assist with continuing the independent living. For instance she now has assistance with medication dispensing, a weekend paper delivered, but should she need shower assist, wound care, escorted transport to medical appointments, in house carers visiting and shopping, for her, and much more, these can be and are arranged. There are also a wealth of activities incursions and excursions covid permitting I cannot fault these wonderful people who are just so caring and kind. Such great peace of mind. Highly reconnended
