Absolutely the worst roast sandwich I've ever had!. First of all they didn't listen to what I actually ordered. I asked for dark edge meat n got the total opposite! Secondly it was the tiniest slither of meat on multigrain bread in which they charged $9.95. how can they justify that?!
Prices on products weren't listed behind the cabinet and weren't displayed anywhere. Then, they nickel & dime a 70c fee simply to toast your wrap. 30 seconds later it comes out lukewarm. Not going back! Have laid a complaint with the ACCC.
A so-called Classic Burger???? It fitted in the palm of my bluddy hand! $10.95???? I'd have felt better if they'd pointed a gun at me when I handed over my money!
Very disappointing food and service Closure time at 4pm but just before 3pm had no hot carvery food , could not order chips or have sandwich toasted because everything was turned off. Purchased a wrap and egg & lettuce sandwich for $17 both watery and flavourless. If closure time is 3pm update your website please.
Absolute joke. Asked for a chicken and cheese toasted sandwich and asked for Saracchi sauce to be added, they charged near a buck extra for a splash of this. I then opened the sarnie up and found zero cheese and asked if I could have some of what I over paid for and got the reply “it’s in there it’s just blended in” what a joke. To top it all off the lady who served me had a such a sour look about her. Will never eat here again. Over priced and quality is so poor.
Great roast options here. The roast pork roll was great. Soft roll. Tender meat. Good gravy. All you need really.
Thank you to the young guy who took my orders on Saturday afternoon. The sandwiches were great, the freshest bread, plenty of meat & gravy. I ordered the roast pork & gravy sandwich with a flavoured milk. The young guy who served me was great, smiling as he chatted to me while he was making it. When my order was almost ready, my hubby decided he wanted a roast beef & gravy sandwich - to which the young guy happily took my order again and made that also. We were both impressed with the service and the food provided. Will be back.
Their wraps are amazing. I had the crumbed chicken and aoili wrap with avocado and onion toast. Very good.
Ordered potato scallops and they were soggy and undercooked. Also ordered a tomato and cheese toastie however received a ham and tomato toastie, with no cheese. Due to being vegetarian I was very angry and disappointed in their service.
Pork and gravy in a fresh roll made a great lunch with some well cooked chips. Better tasting and better value than the nearby fast food outlets.
