Reviews
Initial dealings with Mark and Matt was good. They used a sub-contractor electrical company to do the installation of a reverse cycle unit. The installation went OK. Now 9 months down the track, having issues with the unit. Called and emailed Matt and Mark, no replies or responses. Ended up calling up the manufacturer to get it serviced and replaced. Clearly these guys DO NOT have a support crew or third party contractors to provide servicing and repairs. I now wished I had drove to Harvey Normans instead as at the time I thought I'd support the local business and gave these guys a go. Clearly that was a big mistake. AVOID these guys!

Terrible company. Don't trust Mark or Matt. They will promise to give compliance certificate for electrical work and after full payment taken, never reply to your e mails or messages. I still haven't got any of compliance certificate yet. Please do not use this company. I would rather pay extra $ 100 and get it done from proper reputable company.

this shop is always closed. if you have paid them deposit good luck to find some one to talk to!! don't be tricked with their first approach, as there is no customer service. You have to leave 50 messages to get some one to return your call. Cool Heat Pty doesn't issue any certificate of compliance, you should deal directly with their sub-contractors after you paid the deposit. if you hired them through hipages, remember these guys to allow any negative feedback on their website (Yes! only positive feedbacks get permission to get public)

There was an error with installation which was rectified after a few days by another plumber. The guy from the shop never rang to apologise and I never received a follow up call to check if everything was working once fixed . Poor form

This is the worst company we have ever dealt with in 20 years of building. Avoid at all costs.
