Just started renting with them, hopeless at best. Be extremely vigilant with your "sight unseen" deal and Entry Report. I got my notice to leave the day I picked up my keys to enter.... who does that? These guys.

I am a genuine interstate buyer with finance pre-approval. I have enquired twice on the same property, which I am confident is not under offer because it was open for inspection after I made my first enquiry. I have had a number of automated email responses, but it's now over a week later and still no real response from Candice the agent to my reasonable and specific questions. Cashed up buyers should not have to chase agents. It should be the other way around. A lazy and sloppy way to do business. Edit: 2 weeks later and the vendor of 172 Adair St, Berserker has dropped their price by $20,000. If I was the vendor, I'd be sacking the agent and hiring a diligent, conscientious agent who follows up leads in a timely manner
Cooke property agents are liars and have no sense of decency and honesty. After I signed a contract to buy a property, my phone calls were never answered, I was lied to about the tennants. I was told by the agents that the tennants were not willing to take rent free offer to move out early. I was told that the tennants will finish the term of lease. On pre settlement inspection, I found out that the agents have allowed two new tenants to the property. In the meantime I have to sleep on loungeroom floor while I wait for the tennants to move out. What a very dishonest and disgusting way to treat a paying client. Do not do businesses with Cooke property agents, you will be treated as second rate person.
