Adam was excellent and helped us with the purchase of our first home. He eased any anxiety we had and helped us with advise tips and information we needed without even realising we needed it would definitely recommend.

We recently purchased a property & this conveyancer was obstructive to say the least. We asked the vendors who were living overseas to provide information  about items that were not working.  We did not get an answer until the day before settlement & the result was we delayed settlement by 1 day. Of course the vendor did contact the conveyancer in time to charge us 1 days interest. The vendors were obviously guided by this conveyancer.  Interestingly no rates, water,or O/C fees were paid by the vendor for 3 years & only paid at settlement.  Buyers be ware of overseas vendors
