Huge shout out to the staff at “Containers for Change Stapylton”nWe were first timers yesterday arriving at 3.30 pm and closing was 4 pm lined up .nEveryone waiting patiently for their turn.nStaff were amazing. No air con, heavy manual work, extreme noise level and I have not experienced such wonderful, professional customer service in a long long time.nTaking time to explain the process, smiling, laughing whilst non stop work.nWhat a great team. Thank you so much.nSpecial shout out to Paul? And young man on accounts register.
Completely disorganised, waited 40mins and still didn’t get our cans in. Got moved to the side and people started going in front of us who were behind. Never going back
First time coming here and dropped in just before the rush 10am on a Sunday. The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked that you can just drop all your bag of cans into their large containers and the staff unload everything for you. The numbers were what I anticipated and was happy with the service. Will definitely come here again. Thanks team!
Nice big space! Just really sad the blonde lady with yellow and pink top with glasses is very rude!
Went there today and was thoroughly ripped off brought in several bags of cans bottles and glass bottles knowing that my glass bottles contained over a cartons worth of beer bottles plus others and apparently there were only 21 glass bottles I also know Verry well that there were more cans than were counted since there should have been over 100 cans but only 40 were counted I will not be returning to this particular can return
