They were very unprofessional. Denied my visa with no reason or explanation. After asking around, I found out it was because I wrote "Taiwan" rather than "Taiwan, Province of China".

The most useless consular. Never pick up the phone and when direct to to leave the message u will get a reply saying inbox is full.what a joke

Terrible lah! they have the lousiest internet service I have ever used the passport change application is utterly useless with no support for Apple computers and also they notified us later that we had to get all our documents in order before we arrived after we had sent out our email. They said they would send us a copy of our documents to be printed but no such email arrived this was at 11:25 in the evening the day before. When we arrived we had to wait many hours to get everything sorted.

horrible place to go to. dont understand why cant they do applications by post? its just so stupid that people have to be there at 7am queuing outside the building just to get a freaking ticket! lets prey its not a rainy day! whats worse is that you have to go pick up the visa in person on a week day in the afternoon only. to get your visa done you have to take 2 days leave, if you are lucky enough to get a ticket in the first place! this is so unbelievable! come on china you FAIL big time on this! talking about opening door to the whole world?! you gotta be freaking joking right!

For a single visitor visa , I have to go to the facility 4 times with all demanded documents well prepared. The embassy marked opening hours is 9-11 for submitting visa application , however first 3 times I went there at 10:45, 1015 and 9:40 respectively and I found there had been no day -ticket of submitting application available. On 4th time I went there at 8 am although it wouldn't open until:9am and I found there were already about 20 people standing on a line. Terrible service.
