Jay and Mike moved my houseload of furniture this past week and they were both no less than brilliant and kind. They were spot on time, were very careful with all of my furnitue and worked very hard. Highly recommended
Very good and easy communication to start with.Badly let down by the dispatch person in Napier.We had asked to be kept informed as we were the ones paying for the removal and had booked it.We had to ring on the day to find out when removal being picked up and the dispatch person not organised and r very offhand.The person from whom the goods were being picked up from also had to ring after being told pick up between 12-1. In the end nearly 2 1/2 hrs later.We also rang again and off hand response.Appreciate not always easy to sort exact time but perhaps a specific person could be delegated to make phone calls. We were very happy with our delivery person- just the very poor communication not good.
I used this company for several times, very helpful and also useful.
Great service, very timely and helpful - easy to arrange.
Absolutely the best in removals internationally and nationwide. Great communication, quotes, professional and efficient staff all round. Highly recommend.
