Since starting up group classes with Conor almost a year ago I continue to be amazed at how far I have come in my fitness. Recently I mentioned to a friend that I am feeling stronger & healthier in my forties than I have anytime before. Conor is very knowledgeable & dedicated to his profession & is continually learning & applying that knowledge in his training. He sets you up to win. He explains exercises thoroughly & supervises so there are no injuries. I am very grateful for his input & training

I have trained with Conor for about 6-7 months and without any doubt I can assure that he's the best out there. He not only gives you results and helps you reach your goal, but he teaches you with perfect technique, patience and also understands you at a personal level as you go along training with him. He has different and innovative ways of making you learn and a very cheerful and positive person to be around. Anyone looking for guaranteed results, Conor is the man to go to.

Fantastic results... fantastic support from Conor. I was concerned about a bad ankle and a bad elbow as a result of injury and that I wouldn't be able to train. Conor sat me down and spoke about how we can train together and it would help my injuries not make them worse. He is incredibly helpful and actually cares and that's what made the difference for me. I wasn't another client. I become more of a friend. Will be sending other people to him that's for sure. Thanks for everything Conor.

People who know me a long time will know I have always been interested in fitness, health and growing as a person. I have consistently exercised since I was 16 but never really got any massive results. Sure I was lean and strong, but I didn't look like someone who worked out 3-4 times a week. That all changed when I started working with Conor. He tailored a specific program, just for me, that worked on my problem areas, mobility, flexibility, posture and strength. I followed Conor's program from start to finish over a 6 month period and the results were amazing. I corrected imbalances I had had for years, I increased my squat by 50% and my posture is better then ever. I would highly recommend Conor O Shea to anyone in need of bettering there life in general.

I really recommend Conor as a coach! I hadn't been to the gym in a year and didn't know where to start and I wasn't feeling motivated. Conor helped me get back into my gym routine again with his motivation, immense knowledge and coaching. He is a great person and always has a smile on his face. If you feel like you need help to get started or just get motivated again, Conor is the guy!
