Generally helpful staff unless it is busy. A small-ish family owned business that has been in the centre for many years. Usual services of key cutting and shoe repair on offer as well as car remote battery changing etc.

Recently got an engraving job on some precision equipment - quite fiddly, yet it was all completed in less than a week and for great value for money. Service was excellent with the staff fully understanding what was needed and they even rang to double check when doing the job.

Staff, are always helpful and they do a great job repairing shoes, boots for men, women and children.

Went to get a button repaired on my Casio but they said in a very rushed and curt manner "we don't fix buttons." They could have at least given me some advice on what to do next. Anyway, it was somewhat of a blessing in disguise as I went home and repaired the watch myself for free!
