Extremely authentic decor. Looks like a typical pub in rural Germany. Pork knuckle is crispy but not salty enough. Could have done better with more seasoning. Pricing is average. Overall a pretty unique place visit for some good German food and play some lawn bowl.
This place as a wonderful European atmosphere and an amazing authentic venue that will be tantalising after your bike ride as it was for us. Immaculate. Fun. I would love to go back.

shame Oktoberfest had to be cancelled this year, but it's always nice to drink a few different beers to the regular pub standards. very pleasant sitting outside on a sunny day.
Love it. Gold standard pork knuckles and our go to venue for friday night real snitzels. German beers round it off nicely.
