I am their regular customer and usually get medication from them every three months for the last few years. I am living far away from them and it usually take 1.5 hours to get there on public transport.Because of these long distance travel on public transport, I kindly requested them to use their toilet to urinate but they rejected the request and asked me to find some public toilet. I understand that it is their staff toilet but could have considered on humanitarian grounds due to the fact that there is no public toilet close to the vicinity of their shop. I am also their regular customer. Very bad customer treatment
Like other recent reviews, I am also very disappointed with this business. I have been persevering for at least two years however it is getting worse. They are difficult to get a hold of, completely ambiguous with script wait times/days and have on a number of occasions, lost my order delaying me in receiving my medication for weeks. The only thing they are on point with is taking immediate payment over the phone. Following up on orders usually results in more ambiguity or being accused of being rude. I will definitely be discussing other options/businesses with my doctor for compounding my medications professionally in the future.
Appalling rude customer service and always crowded ridiculously small front reception. This means anyone with a disability has to stand, painfully waiting to be served, which takes around 20 minutes or more. Ringing ahead and attempting to organise a more efficient pickup doesn't really help, as they rarely answer the phone and even then will not prepare the script until you physically show up and wait in the ridiculous cramped reception.
My first time at the pharmacy and it was really busy. Not sure if this is all the time but I expect so. Was served near immediately and handed a form. Handed this back and took a seat. Less than 10 minutes and I had my prescription filled and I was gone. Thoroughly professional and running like a well oiled machine. I’m a repeat customer from now on.
I am left shocked with the appalling unprofessional customer service I just received from Oxford Compounding. I spoke to a man over the phone today about if I could and when I could order a new cream to treat my vitiligo - something I’m excited about trying for to treat my autoimmune disease. This cream I will only be able to order through Oxford Compounding or possibly one other compounding pharmacy in Perth. I was left bluntly rejected giving in my prescription, all because last time I had travelled to hand in a different prescription a couple weeks ago that I had paid for upfront and the same day changing my mind not knowing this new cream would be available to me shortly, they at the time kindly gave me my money back and I had planned to return to them with my new prescription. This shouldn’t have bothered them as before they could even make a cream for me I had made sure I let them know straight away. I cannot believe the attitude I received today as they will not let me go through them anymore. I do not find this fair and am left angered by the attitude I received!
Unprofessional, tardy, rude, inconsistent. Didn't send my compound, forgot.. Phone seems to ring out with a random music. Short changed my script, had to get another sent. Did so... 2 weeks later still waiting for my composition. The guy I dealt with put me onto another compounding pharmacy Straight away 1/4 of the price, professional, polite, onto my compounding requirements.
Placed an order, however my doctor got sick, called and explained soon after and cancelled the order. However they still sent the refrigerated item which spoiled while sitting outside in the sun for two days. My credit card was still charged and Oxford Compounding refused to refund. That was my last order with them. The owner has anger management issues. BTW: They did a similar thing 12 months ago to a close friend of mine. Salvatore Delvecio
Cannot track scripts, cannot give valid information, overnight delivery takes multiple days and most of the time they are out of stock. This company struggles to do the fundamentals at any capacity. Go to another chemist if possible. Looking at the excuses by OC and the other comments left by customers, this is clearly a disgraceful business that does not understand customer service. Ppl need this medication for their livelihoods but OC doesn’t care.
I had a great experience whilst in Perth for a limited time, saw me early in the morning before opening hours and was out of there quickly. Great service, manners and atmosphere. I'd highly recommend. Almost a year now of the best service, manners and prompt delivery to a country town a person could ask for. These pharmacists really really care about each person who walks in. Sure they get busy but to expected. Choose a different routine and enjoy a bit of old school service. Can't be rushed. Seasons greetings from Albany.
Been going there for a while but these past 13 months has seen a dramatic drop in the quality of customer service. Scripts not ready when promised; scripts not even started when they claim they had; don’t respond to emails; claims of an email was never received in stark defiance to a Successful Email Delivery Report I received.
