Friendly staff, talked through the best options for the job and delivered exactly where we needed next day. Cost effective and good quality mulch. Would recommend and have used again.

Thanks guys for getting me out of a tight spot! my normal wood supplier did not deliver on their last day of work as arranged and I was left with a wood fired pizza oven and not enough firewood to get through till they re-opened in January.  I rang these guys and had firewood delivered within an hour.  My stress levels returned to normal, great dry gum.  Thanks heaps

Good products, good location, prices fair but dreaded the trips more and more because the service is awful. Over 18 months we have used at least half a dozen times if not more to purchase mulch or dispose of green waste. The young lady at best is indifferent or else surly. The tall chap is unfriendly and gruff. The best you can hope for is the shorter chap Rodney?Roger? who is at best ok, but compared to his peers he's a relief to deal with. Its appreciated that being open weekends cant be fun. Its recognised that we all have off days but over 18 months if I went alone, if my husband went by himself,  if we went together the service was constantly awful.  We now have been living here for 18 months and luckily for us have found another local business who's service is a stark contrast, friendly & cheerful. Our gardening plans have a new lease of joy.

Ordered kiln dried firewood on a Friday afternoon,  expecting delivery the following week. Instead delivered in under an hour. Good quality, dry.

Great first visit - just popped in to grab some gravel on a wet Sunday afternoon. Quick service, friendly staff, & a fair price for our purchase. Will return if I need to purchase similar products in the future

Absolutely terrible wood. All I got was a room full of smoke, a dirty ceiling, and a filthy, clogged-up chimney! The bloody 'firewood' just wouldn't light. What a mickey mouse business. Definitely one to avoid. I resent having to give it even one star.

Fantastic service just had our first delivery of firewood from Composting NZ. I was a bit worried by the other reviews about the quality of there firewood, but they clearly sorted out this issue as the pine I purchased at an affordable price burned great!

Always super friendly and helpful. Have used on a number of occasions and always had A++ service,  highly recommend.

I hadn’t realised you guys sold firewood but I’ll definitely be buying from you again in future!  Thanks for loaning me the trailer too.

Great place for firewood, sell pine and gum by the cubic metre, supply complementary trailer and excellent friendly service, they even do bags of kindling, cheers
