Dr Belinda Welsh and the team are very professional and caring. My son has been treated for acne. The process and required steps were explained clearly to him so he understood what was happening and what to expect. The results are fantastic. Highly recommend the team.
I absolutely love the peels and red light therapy that I get monthly. Complete Skin Specialists are just wonderful and have a solution for any skin problem. The team is knowledgeable and very friendly. We are fortunate to have such a professional practice located in our town.
Happily took my referral, without mentioning they were located literal hours from my GP and home address.nWaited six months for an appointment, only to telephone MYSELF to clarify the address.nnI cannot believe a clinic could waste my time like this and seek to blame the GP - it is not the GP’s fault. My GP made a general referral - this clinic picked it up and didn't think to tell me it is literally hours from my home.nnReceptionist attitude “too bad so sad” absolutely appalling. No attempt whatsoever to rectify the situation- have lost six months of wait time, great.
Dr Crystal Williams is amazing. Explains everything clear and precise and is extremely knowledgeable- she was correct in her personal diagnosis of my skin issue subject to Biopsy which 100% correct when result came back.Also all the reception staff and Nurse very polite and welcoming. 5 Stars
The first time I saw a dermatologist at this clinic it was for eczema on my body. I had a slightly pressured, $295, 30 minute assessment and was prescribed medication which worked. The second time I had a disfiguring rash on my face. I requested and had a rushed 15 minute telehealth review for which I was charged $295. I was prescribed medication to which I had an allergic reaction and spent a very miserable weekend with weeping eyes and burning, blistering and peeling skin. I was not told to stay out of the sun due to increased skin cancer risk, the pharmacist told me that. I sent a photo and a query via the clinic's admin and was told to continue with the treatment. I queried that, repeating my concerns and was told to discontinue the cream but continue with the oral antibiotics. I lost faith; I voted with my feet and consulted a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner who spent an hour with me, actually seemed to care, prescribed herbs and cream and a week later my skin is normal. I work in health care and I know of primary importance is establishing a therapeutic alliance of trust and offering good follow up treatment. This was sadly lacking.
