Unfortunately this company has become a laughing stock in regards to staff and the top management. I could pick up my coffee beans directly before covid but they shut down that part of the business. So I then ordered online At a Highly inflated price and would proceed to literally cross the road to go pick up the packages. Then, they would only deliver for an extroadinary amount instead of being able to pick up the beans. The General manager, when I equired into why I could pick up the beans stated that they were stopping any contact with customers due to Covid?August 2022?? But the company receives deliveries and products daily INTO there premises from couriers and transport? What insanity for a company that use to be at the high end of tree. They say one bad review can lead to a 10% loss if the customer is vocal enough? Well I will never recommend this company and I daily mention to all my coffee drinker friends to stay away everyday!!
The service was amazing and very well delivered. Thank you for your wonderful help with your products. So nice to have a company back their product in every way. Environmentally friendly and Australian made.
