I've been going to Complete Body for PT for the past 12 months. I can't stand gyms and the idea of putting down work to work out twice a weeks kills me. 

Since joining Complete Body I've hardly missed a session. The service you get here and community around the business don't make it feel like a normal gym or pt business. It's got soul, something tangible that flows form the dedication of Ben the owner. 

I'm stronger than I've ever been, have more energy and I have no pain in my back, all things I would not be able to say if it were not for the dedication from the team at CB.
