Amazing customer service! We had our car booked in for a regular service last Friday. I had totally forgot about it and we received a phone call, I had no other arrangements to get my car there and get home. I was offered a lift home and promised my car would be ready prior to school pick up. All promises in which were delivered on. Kate and Shane were fantastic, they took my job on at very short notice and fitted me in when they were already fully booked. Kate even took me into town so I wouldn't have wait as I had my dog with me. They both went out of their way to help. Fantastic service and highly recommended. Today I brought my car into Complete Automotive Caloundra for a service and to get her up to scratch to make the 1.5hr trip to and from south Brisbane everyday for work. I told them that the inside might stink as I used it to recover some belongings from our flooded place in Rocklea. When I came to pick the car up the whole team was in the office waiting for me. They told me all the extra stuff they did including rear brakes, puncture repair and more. They told me that they have done the whole lot as a donation to help us get back on our feet after loosing almost everything in the floods. They didn't charge me a cent for anything. They choose to forfeit profit to help us out. On top of this the interior smelt great! I simply cannot express how grateful we are and how much this helps my partner and I. The main point I'm trying to get across is that this is the sort of business you will be supporting if you take your car in here. Thankyou to the whole team, you lot are true blue legends!!
