Website suggests that the pool available for spa guest, which it isn't. Husband booked me a massage here knowing I like to go for a swim before a massage, I found out in person it wasn't the case. Only available for hotel guest, unsure then why it mentions the pool then on the Shambhala website as available for spa guests
I had a really good experience at COMO Shambhala. The entire treatment was amazing. The therapist was very professional. Will definitely come again!
What a beautiful place. Amazing ambience, warm and welcoming staff. I had a great massage... peaceful, relaxing and will definitely come again.
It wasn’t as amazing as I thought it would be based on the pictures and amount of money. The massage was average. But it was a great experience and the staff were okay. I wouldn’t pay to have another massage here. The ambiance was amazing though.
Lovely spa for a bit of rest and relaxation. The staff are very friendly and the rooms have a nice ambience. Would recommend.

Went twice, amazing experience with skilled and dedicated staff. At the end of the massage, we had a paleo-protein cookie as well as a ginger & lemon tea - it is probably the best ginger tea I had so far!
