GC Commonwealth Games ended and upon arrival to the bus pick-up zone, there were no buses (unlike every other bus zone eg those going to Nerang). There was a line of at least 1km waiting for Yatala busses to show up so that we could leave the games area. Around an hour into waiting, a bus finally arrived, but we were already very disappointed and everyone’s night had been ruined. People were getting angry and frustrated with each other and the staff all because the Yatala crew failed to complete their duties as a park and ride service and continued to leave their customers unapologetically frustrated. Both myself and many people I spoke with tonight will never ride with Yatala park and ride, or any park and ride services again.

Staff were helpful and moved everyone along quickly and efficiently. Plenty of parking spaces.
