I am always a little reluctant to go to a bank branch as I do all my banking online. I recently went to my local branch at firle and was so pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was helpful and understanding. Sarah in the team was proactive and kind and has followed up my matter a number of times. What a great team and great service. Glad to be banking with CBA.
Absolutely appalled with the staff at the Firle branch. They will not assist you when you need help and tell you to go to either the Norwood or Campbelltown branch as they have staff who can help. Don't waste your time lining up in this bank only to be told they can't help you. This is the second time this has happened. Very disappointed.
I went to the Firle branch today to get Netbank number for my nephew. Branch manager was at the counter and she treated me so rudely. She is the worst branch manager ever. She doesn’t know how to treat or talk toa customer.
This was the second time my wife was served by this particular woman and her service was to say the least "rude" she shouldn't be in any kind of customer service roll . We can only hope she isn't redeployed to the new branch we go to when this one closes
Very kind and generous customer service. I went to the Campbelltown branch to withdraw some cash but they were unable to as they needed higher approval. Although unsatisfied, I still went to the Firle branch to see whether they would say otherwise, and they did. I was able to withdraw money easily with no hassle and minimal security questions. The teller and bank manager were very friendly and assured me that I would be able to leave with exactly what I came for. Highly recommend going to the Firle branch if you want good customer service and your bank needs done same day!
I went to the bank today with my wife and teenage daughter to open a bank account for my daughter. We were warmly greeted by Kelly who took us into an office and in no time at all set everything up for us. All three of us left the bank feeling thrilled with the wonderful service we had recieved. Top marks to Kelly.
The worst branch ever. You have to wait like ages to do 2 minutes job. Long waiting line because all tellers are busy in another room and agents just serve based on whatever they know, not when you came in and wait for a lo g time. I lost a meeting just because I need to do something like 2-5 minutes job. My last time in this branch ever.
Received a cold call to see if interested in free quote for insurance. Arranged time for next morning and was requested to have current info ready so a direct comparison could be made. Bank said I would receive call between 9:00am and 11:00am. I phoned back after 1:00pm the next day and told them not to bother as if this was the quality of their service it was not comforting to take out major insurance with them.

Went into the Firle branch today. It was busy and I was told to sit and someone would help me close one of my accounts. I did that but every person that walked through the door was served before me, one staff member looked straight at me and still spoke to a customer that walked though the door!!! Worst service ever, I will be closing all my accounts now!
