Robyn was so lovely and extremely helpful in assisting me with my enquiry. You have a great employee there, I hope she gets recognition for her amazing work.
Considering the area and it being after hours I appreciated the secure inside atm which was still open to use away from some suspicious individuals I would comment on the cleanliness of the immediate area but I would assume that comes with the area.

Last 2 years I have only gone to Graceville branch where the staff are so helpful and polite.nnToday I attended Moorooka branch and the man maybe manager was so rude from the beginning. The way he spoke to myself and other customers was condescending. He didn’t even try listen to my reason for large deposit and then at the end invites me to a property event.nnI will never return or borrow money here and recommend anyone else to find another branch if you have the time.
Coin machine constantly broken. Never more than one staff member on at a time. For a multibillion dollar company owned by Blackrock and vanguard you'd think they could maintain a change machine.
