Meets all my banking needs in terms of facilities coin machines, atm's etc but the man who works there most of the time is horrible to talk to. Arrogant with a know it all attitude who is quick to dismiss customers. The ladies who work there are lovely but it is the one guy who I've dealt with about half a dozen times and is a nasty piece of work
I had an issue with a pending payment and thought there was very little chance of stopping it. I submitted a dispute, and Commonwealth Bank went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they manage to successfully stop the transfer and return my full money, but they also refunded the fees that were supposed to be deducted. I truly appreciate the excellent support and quick resolution. Very happy with the service!

I’d especially like to mention Brenda—she is absolutely the best! She always goes above and beyond to help me, and I really appreciate her support and kindness. Had a great experience here with the staff who were excellent at listening and providing quality customer service! Waiting to be seen was relatively quick and all my questions were easily and comprehensively answered.
What can I say, the staff are lovely and look after the needs and concerns of their existing and new clients. Their in-house support to the community go over and above. Also dealing with senior members of the community, they show compassion and understanding. High five to the staff. Keep up the great work.
