i just came down from rural & remote qld yea i know rite...why would i come to Horsham.. Anyway I had to write an urgent cheque to my Church friend...but no cheque book as my car's contents were stolen including my cheque books... I like to thank the crooks in Rockhampton. anyway, I needed to write an important cheque and the Bank Teller was extremely sensitive to my situation and I did not know I had to pay $15 admin fee.... This bank teller kindly stated that I did not have to pay for this and gave me a big smile to my lunch time period. I would like to thank the Staff involved for her outstanding service and sympathy to a stranded stranger in Horsham. Could this be above and beyond the call of duty...during these covid times? More sympathy than the abovementioned state's political leaders. Parting was such a sweet aroma and not sorrow
