The first bank I went to when I moved here, staffs are helpful and professional, the wait time is usually pretty short.
I’m waiting here since 30 minutes, there is just one guy at the teller counter and they are having a small talk about their past in a bank, I really felt it’s very unprofessional and they were also rude to me in addition to how long I had to wait, with all the great services Commbank offers, I am very disappointed with this staff
