Always had a good experience here. Our loans officer was efficient and friendly.
I have lost my bank card then went to issue a new card, the staff said the new was on the way. I have waited for at least two weeks, there was no card posted. Then I called the customer service, the answer was the new card hasn’t been issued. Very bad experience in this branch.
Ring CBA for account details, told to ring back later. Ring local branch direct, same story, leave details ring back later. Banks are quick to sack staff & run branches on a shoestring, while the customer is put in the Que!! Probably time to look elsewhere...
The staffs don't have the knowledge of sending oversea money they ask me to call my bank and the network is so poor. I had to redo three times to transfer a simple money to my country bank and they leave me to attend another customer. Ridiculous! I had to finally give up because I was just wasting my time.
Rushed to get there with 10mins to spare to open kids bank account. Wait around for 5mins while 3 staff do nothing, told to come back not enough time. I have opened a kids account before it only takes 5mins... Slack
1 star is too many . Went in to open an account and got told to ring up and make an appointment . Took my business to BOQ and was completed within 10 minutes. CBA you are wasting your advertising dollars if your staff turn business away at the door.
Went today to close my business account and they never ask me why. They really don't care. Moving away of CBA was my best business decision ever.
Very good branch, would recommend. Service is at the highest
