Walked in off the street without an appointment during covid. Even when it was busy, they went out of their way to help and process a bank guarentee for me.
Nothing worse than the ATM taking your card. I think I use an ATM 3 times a year so the odds in having a machine take your card. As a customer for over 20 yrs not happy. Now so have to wait 7 business days for a new card.

Worst bank in Australia, very poor service and never respond to customer in timely manner. I definitely won't recommend this bank especially their Kew branch.
Totally ignored. Struggle with going in on breaks to be ignored. Put on more staff
Plenty of staff on hand to expedite your banking needs. Unlike some branches they still have tellers working.
Good branch, plenty of helpful staff.
