The atm always out of service when I’m there. I go early in the morning to deposit my money weekly or two weekly. It usually says out of service! Seriously! What kind of atm is this? An ‘out of service’ one!

Absolute waste of time. Went there on my lunch break to sort a simple card issue. Waited in line for 15 minutes to be further directed to wait another 25. Had to go back to work without solving the issue or eating
I recall dealing with a staff member who renewed my term deposit for 12 months at a terrible rate, instead of 6 as I requested. The staff don't listen to clients.
