WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! There’s a 30min wait time. Fine. We understand. It went over 50min and NO APOLOGIES. I went only to open a term deposit coz 2 employees before said we get better interest rates. This employee said we DONT. Checked with manager, came back to not directly acknowledge the wrong info given. Poorly treated. It’s my nearest branch that’s why we come here. Else, we’ll never come back!!
Visited branch today. Best branch experience I have ever had. Even though the branch was busy at the time, the service I received was exceptional. I was asked to see the staff at the Teller counter and was surprised to be served by the Branch Manager. As my enquiry was going to take some time, he took me to his office to sort everything out. 5 star experience all round and could see the staff were all working hard at a busy time. Next visit I will try to avoid the lunch time rush, but will definitely go back to this branch any time I need assistance.
Extremely poor management, irrational communication. They seems to use the staff shortage as excuse for poor customer experience We have been told to come back in 2 hours 15 mins for the banking. The lady took the name and reason of our visit. The ask was based on the queue size and when we return they could see us on priority..but when we go back we have told that it was not an appointment but just the queue management. And we have to wait another 45 . We have to leave the bank with sour feeling and have to rethink our banking. The bank also discriminate the partners husband or wife of there own staff, when the partner is more active in the financial management of family.
Customer service is terrible. Teller talked to me and treated me as if I were a child. Very rude and after a long wait in line. CBA customer service has definitely gotten worse. And this is based on more than one interaction at this branch.
I received a good service and assistance at Macquarie branch. They as well make a good management for such long line, like informed me about waiting time.
I have had a negative experience with this bank. It's regarding a deposit I made into the ANZ bank and I withdrew the $500 from my Commonwealth Bank Debit Card. My experience proves once and again that banks don't listen to customers and they don't participate in active listening. I asked the Commonwealth Bank to contact the ANZ bank and they didn't do it. And what did the Banking Royal Commission do to change the banking system. Nothing,
I had an awesome experience at the Macquarie branch Commbank. I was guided by Scott and I definitely think he is extremely cheerful and helpful as he saved a lot of my time. He was professional and sophisticated as he answered all my doubts and queries efficiently.
This branch is super busy. Staff is very unhelpful when you walk in and ask a question. All you get is “I don’t know. Get in the queue.”

Deceitful practice led to 1 hour wait time, sold me a product I didn't ask for. I asked to complete foreign exchange, a task that is typically completed over the teller counter. I was instead directed to make an appointment in 1 hours tjmd, where I was sold a travel card instead. I wasted precious time in a busy day for something I didn't have time for.
