Not sure if anyone manages this place. They sure hire a lot of staff standing around doing nothing... They are probably only keen to serve clients with big money.

The customer service guy named Ken is really rude.
Their service is very nice! They will connect me when I can open a smart access account. And they will stand in the customer's perspective to provide a service!

This is the worst commbank ever i visited. They just standing as talking to eachother without helping the customer. You know, chinese manners. The coin machine didnt return unrecognized coins as well. What the *** chinese branch bank!!!
