Extremely poor customer service. I went there a few days ago. The lady cannot remember the name was extremely rude in her tone , expressions and the choice of her words were pathetic for someone in the customer service industry. She was uninterested in my inquiry, was in a rush though things were not busy,, body language was demeaning and judgemental. She needs to be retrained for her people's skills for sure. Very disappointed , would rather bank somewhere else.
whether you try to call or wait in line, this branch by far is the worst CBA branches of them all. opposite is Bank of Melbourne and there is no queue and the service is impeccable. the ATM'S are constantly not in service and the staff don't care to fix them or bother to let patrons know prior to using them. the state of the floor is atrocious, paper littered and dirty with other foreign materials. expect a wait to of at least a minimum of 15 min when you queue up.nnI don't recommend this branch, avoid if possible.
I am not surprised to see how poor the reviews are for this place.nIt is one thing to have self service machines however these are so often not working and the staff here refuse to help if one of the machines is supposed to do it.nWhat kind of bank makes it so difficult to deposit money?
Very disappointed with my experience at this branch. Right after being successful here with my request, I went to the CBA Berwick and immediately got things done. The branch manager, Zeina, didn’t show any intention to support my request, telling me multiple times that I need to go back to my broker and that they cannot act as witness for my signatures. She didn’t even let me stand there with my documents while I was going through it and trying to sign, asking me to sit down as they are serving other customers.nnOnce we went to the CBA Berwick branch, the Finance manager acted as my witness and we got our work done. My broker will be raising a complaint on the Casey Central branch, as we were instructed by CBA credit team to walk to any branch, sign and upload the loan variation documents from the branch itself. So much for customer experience and satisfaction. Disappointing treatment to a loyal customer who has been with the bank for 10 yrs!
