When did the ATM in Central disappear. Another instance of cost cutting and forcing customers to do online banking. Please listen to your customer feedback. The service is not good enough. Love to find a bank who really cares about customer service. Had to give 1 star as unable to post with no stars.
After loosing my Efpos card and reporting to bank the lass on Enquiries desk accidentally cancelled our credit cards and not the Efpos card. No apology forthcoming which was disappointing, not to say about the inconvenience caused.nA big thank you to Amy who could not have been more helpful today and sorted out a few issues caused by the above cancellation.
0 star if that is a option… whats the point of having a telephone in the bank, when you are not available to pick up. This is my second day of trying to reach them, they are too busy.
Firstly, it’s nearly impossible to find a contact number to call CBA, and then when you finally successfully pass all of their riddles and mazes and get a phone number, it takes nearly an hour to get through to an actual human. I’m pretty convinced CBA have 1 person manning their customer service line. And unfortunately, that 1 person didn’t actually know what they were talking about. Good thing I’m closing off my accounts with CBA. Good luck to anyone who remains a customer.
