Why can't someone answer the phone number when customers ring. Stressed about why Bank these days have 3 day clearance on funds deposited. Should be overnight by EFT Deposit. Oh that's right the Bank makes money by using these funds on Overnight Futures , so much money to get doing this on Stock Market. NOT HAPPY JAN.
The staff are lovely, but I went in to make a transfer today at around 10:45 and didn't get out of there for nearly half an hour. I don't blame the staff at all. Astrononomical profits and yet the bank can't even employ enough staff to serve at the tellers BEFORE the lunchtime rush!
I've been standing here for 55 minutes now and these was only 1 teller on. She was then called away for the security guard to drop money. NO one has said sorry for the delay. Have been banking with them for years but after today will be CLOSING all accounts. Pull your finger out ,bloody poor and disgusting service.
They never answer the phone, say they are going to get back to you but they don’t
