A pretty poor customer service. Deposited cash in the outside ATM. The machine malfunctioned. I was out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Instead of help or at least some form of empathy, I instead copped a victim blaming attitude from Rabia. Her colleague then informed me that I probably shouldn't use the outside ATM after the fact.nnMore interested in spouting policy and speaking to customers like they're second class citizens then actually fixing the problem in a timely manner.nnCBA- don't have people in customer facing roles if all they're good for is talking down to people and truly not giving a toss about the problems that their place of work helps facilitate.nnUnprofessional and outrageous!
I have never been spoken down to by the young miss that was there to help me!!! If I'm signing something I want to read what I'm signing. And if you think that I'm just going to sign you're dreaming! Make changes make sure that your elderly non English speaking customers understand. Not happy Jane!!!
Avoid this branch. Go to Commbank on Sydney Road in Coburg instead. The staff do not seem appropriately trained to handle simple banking task.

My first and last time attending this branch was due to awful customer experience.nnThe 'greeter' was rude and condescending and shadowed me uncomfortably close for most of my time within the bank.nnIf you're a local, I'd recommend banking elsewhere, and I've been a CBA customer for 28 years.
