Went into the branch this morning. Staff were SO LOVELY and helpful. I had a crying child and they dealt with him with such generosity and empathy. They also went above and beyond to help me when they could have sent me away to do it online. I really appreciated the effort and time.
Great service even though very busy
Very slow customer service , they talk with customer to much , acrually casher must go ahead fost but staff just talk with customer even about their life.
Refused to assist with change. Even though it's not the bank I'm with, how hard is it to change one denomination of note with another, takes less than a minute. I fail to see why someone needs to be a member just for that. Ridiculous.
This bank is in the top league with regards to cyber security and loss prevention personal funds protection and verification of scam alerts when my account is displaying unusual activity and don't take any thing for granted. This year I have been targeted many times by dishonest people who are there to steal in whatever way possible but the bank know my behaviour and pretty much every time have been in my corner and even prevented disaster from happening rather than having to fix the disaster after the fact. So proud of the way they are not believing in the bull
