Worst branch. I could have given -1 star. Very long que everytime I go. Waited for long time. Only one person at the counter. jeezz !!

I am really annoyed. My birthday is in ine day and im going out to spend some money however I cannot as the people working there are making life hard. I have been there 4 times trying to transfer my youth account to my new card and have been told plenty of times not to transfer it as it gives me about 1 dollar a month interest? I do not care about the low interest rates as I want to have less accounts as they have gave me 3 for no reason. I was told that I would have the account show up on my phone later that day and it still hasent as i am writing this 4 days later. Overall I like the features commonwealth give you but they seriously need new staff.

Unreliable cash deposit ATM at point cook , find it faulty most times, annoying when you drive down just to get cash deposited.. Business banking can be improved also. Otherwise love CBA

Long waiting time Waited for an hour before getting served for getting a check, many people came late get served first, and it could have been done in 5 minutes at the counter if I waited in the line. But the staff at the door asked us to "take a seat" and next thing was an hour later when I complained. I needed a check going to an auction, but the staff didn't know how to produce a check, and I'm really concerned if I miss out the auction because of the check. It used to be good, but I'd rather drive a few miles to another branch
