The lady there made me wait more than 50 minutes when there is only one customer ahead of me just to change my foreign cash. Staff didn’t care much about me and what is going around. Very poor customer service.
I had a wonderful experience here on yesterday afternoon! The service was exceptional, and the reception was incredibly patient to help us. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I can use that machine. Highly recommended
Very very bad services.nAlways I have to wait more thsn 1 hr which is really annoying.nBranch manger ecen doesnt care.nAfter long wait always my turn gies to Malika who is from I only know her 15 years back and than not any realtionship with her I only know her because my son and her daughter was in same class on prep which was on back to 2010.nAlways my turn goes with her and she explained that i cant serve you because i know you so I have to wait again.nnWas tring to avoid to come to branch but they block my acvount some reason not even using for any suspisous payment.nnSame issue with westpac and they fix within 5 mins and I back here fir waiting another half hr.nnReally not accepeted.
We came to open an account today. Laura was very professional. She told us everything we need to know. She helped us how to operate all the functions of the bank app. We thank her for treating us sincerely.
The way you treat your older customers is absolutely offensive. I had to attend two branches just to deposit money into a Comm band account. The first said they weren't a 'teller branch' and as I wasn't a Comm bank customer they couldn't help me. The second branch said that was wrong information but then I had to spend 30 minutes downloading the Comm bank app which continuosly struggled to scan things. What an absolute circus just to deposit money into an account. Your complete lack of customer service or care is beyond offensive considering the record profits the banks enjoy from our money and their myriad of fees for doing nothing. Any other business would crash with such an appallingly low level of customer service. 1 star for the staff member at the 2nd branch being as helpful as she could be within Comm banks convoluted and user unfriendly systems. Would never, never, never consider banking with such a self serving institution.
