We came to open an account today. Laura was very professional. She told us everything we need to know. She helped us how to operate all the functions of the bank app. She is proficient in Chinese. We thank her for treating us sincerely.
Appalling customer focus. More interested in selling you products than providing customer service. One Teller nice enough kid, having a go, but doing as instructed in a branch with 10+ staff. Terrible culture within this branch and an obvious reflection on leadership. As a local business owner, I dread having to go in branch here and losing 30mins to do business banking. They try and discourage you from seeing a teller but the quick deposit facility won’t allow business size cash deposits. Manager does not care and frankly, I’m tired of fighting with her to get her to do her job.nSee below image regarding policy on providing change to customers, now taped to the counter. To think, they stood and argued with me about having a $100 per day change policy for my business. And, the manager stood and argued with me on how she was prepared to teach me how to use the change machine. Incompetent clown!nWhile I am waiting for my Bendigo Bank business accounts to be opened should be close, I’m prompted to keep updating this honest review every time I get an email from Google telling me that my review is being noticed and that my review is helping. All day to day banking is now with Bendigo Bank.nBranch at Laverton is such a refreshing change from CBA. I can park near the door, I’m greeted by tellers yes teller”s”, more than the single teller that CBA offer. I’m treated like a customer at Bendigo Bank and don’t have to fight with that rude, disrespectful incompetent manager at the CBA point cook branch any more. Our experience with three Bendigo Bank branches now that are located near our 3 businesses Laverton, Pakenham and Berwick has been refreshing compared to CBA. Should have moved away from CBA long ago.nIn Fairness. We have enjoyed some good relationships with some of the CBA branches and particularly Alex at CBA Exhibition St Melb CBD had me considering staying with CBA.
I’d like to send my sincere thanks to your staff Kelli working at Point Cook branch who resolved an unusual incident more efficiently than I expected. Last Sunday I was depositing some cash at the ATM and some bills slipped into the gap between the machine and wall. I was received warmly by Kelli on Monday. Though she gave the most assistance and even helped lodge a dispute for me, I didn’t expect the bills would be found as there seemed to be a lot of trouble involving the gap and what’s the odds! But here it is! They were found just the next morning! I couldn’t believe it when Kelli called me. I am so grateful that it was Kelli I met that day, who gives clients attention and sympathy meanwhile is capable of solving problems, who is professional and truly takes clients seriously. Thank you Kelli!
I am a local and have been a client of Commbank for the last 13+ years and recently I had a discussion with Mustafa regarding a loan and his help has been EXCEPTIONAL! I can't believe that till this day there is someone who would still offer this degree of dedication to his clients and look after their interests as if they were his own. Higher ups, take notice!
