Took our 91 yr old neighbour, who has cancer, to bank to get bank cheque, line up at atm and was told not enough staff so closed. This was on the Tuesday and they were closed all week. Word is if staff call in unavailable they do not replace..just close the branch. They obviously do not care about their elderly customers, the farmers around the valley, or the international people who use this branch. Every time we go in there is some sort of issue. If he was desperate to get the cheque we would have had to drive to Toowoomba or Ipswich. NOT good enough CBA..get your act together.
I went into the bank today and met two of the members. One lady at the counter was very helpful with outstanding communication. Later she directed me to the office to deal with one other member to assist my car purchase. I was shocked that she took these time to call the dealer and clarify with them to ensure everything is correct and guide me through all the steps without leaving any doubt behind. If this isn’t the best customer service, I don’t know who else can do better. Again, thanks for your assistance.

Came opening account this morning. The staff Laura was efficient, professional and friendly.nnThere were a few persons queuing waiting the bank opening including us.nnFinally, we spent 30 mins for the whole process :
We went there for exchanging AUD to NZD. Although we couldn’t get NZD immediately, the staff-Laura is super professional. She offered us an other product to solve our request. Besides, Laura explained everything carefully. She deserves a reward.
