I had a fantastic experience with Dean Basdekis at CBA Glenroy. Dean was extremely professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made everything easy to understand. His customer service was outstanding, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. It’s rare to come across someone so patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Highly recommend seeing Dean if you visit CBA Glenroy.
I visited commbank branch Glenroy this morning and the first impression I got from the staffdo not remember the nameat the front was not welcoming. I was so disappointed by the way she welcomed me even though I’m a commbank loyal customer for the past 7 years but this time I went there for a business loan enquire but way Hannah true asset for the companyand the Asset expert Nathan legendwas very helpful and explained everything in detail over the phone for more than 30 minutes, really appreciate both of these people and looking forward to exploring their services.
I hate having to come to this bank for my banking requirements. The service at CBA Glenroy is painfully slow and completely unhelpful. Staff show little interest in assisting customers and basic requests feel like an inconvenience to them. Being charged just to access my own money is outrageous — especially from a bank that proudly announces record profits year after year.nnPoor service, poor attitude, and zero respect for customers.
