I have always get the best service from the whole team. It starts from the Manager Sinclair to the rest of the staff. They are very professional and care for their customers. Nothing is too hard for them. They have gone to the extent to help while on a holiday and as I was stuck and got me out of a situation with no money. They are good bunch of people.
I always receive the best service at the Frankston Branch. Such a Fantastic team of people. all my enquires are resolved quickly and nothing is ever too much trouble. Special mention to Samera. She always goes above and beyond! Highly recommend CBA frankston
A very big thankyou to Kathryn who went above and beyond and took all the stress away after bad service from another bank. She was so lovely and reassuring and able to provide us with an amazing outcome in very little time.
Having just recently moved to Australia, coming to this branch was a great decision! Sinclair and Paul were very helpful with getting my partner and I sorted with an account and even stayed after hours to help sort out a technical issue for us. They both demonstrated incredible customer service. Very welcoming and explained everything clearly!
Why on earth CBA would relocate their ATM & Frankston Branch from Wells St where it was accessible 24/7 to inside Bayside Shopping Centre where it’s only accessible during Shopping Centre hoursnabsolutely astounds me!nnGreat work CBA that’s really forward thinking—Not!
