I imagine going to Commonwealth Bank in Cleveland is like it was 70 years ago...when going to the bank was an all afternoon adventure. Always have to wait waaaay too long to be helped while staff walk back and forth making an effort not to make eye contact. Then when you do finally get assisted the staff act like they are doing you a favour by helping you. I moved on from the bank years ago but unfortunately my children still have accounts there don't even get me start on the debacle of children's accounts at commbank.
Susan on the front counter is the most professional customer service assistant ever. Her charm and genuine care are a credit to your organisation. Love ya work Susan.
Whiles being served by NO name tag Ellice tried to stop my request. I was told by the concierge on entering the bank it was OK. Ellice should keep her opinions to herself and not interfere with other customers being served.
Comm bank has turned into a sham. Cleveland branch seems to dictate their own hours and service besides Fri. A machine is next to non existent
5 stars for Jessica for the warm welcoming and providing directions what I have to do to solve my problem.nAnother 5 starts for Nicole who handled my case of suspended debit card as easy as it could be done, and faster than I would even imagine.nThanks Team Cleveland. Left the branch so happy. Cheers
